Speed & Agility Camp Training
Training is applicable to ALL sports, but no specific sport is played or practiced during training.
Speed Camp Workout Set-up
10 Minutes – Dynamic flexibility, stretching and check attendance
45 Minutes – Agility Rotation
5 Minutes – Form running, starts & water breaks
Agility Rotation (5 minutes per)
Station 1. 30’ Overspeed Cord
Station 2. Quick Foot Ladder
Station 3. Sleds w/harness
Station 4. Jump Start
Station 5. Rip-N-Zip
Station 6. Power Chutes
Station 7. Mini Hurdles
Station 8. Cones
Station 9. Lateral Steppers
Usually 4 – 5 Weeks long (2 days per week – Tue & Thurs)
- 2 hours per day ( 1 hour Speed training outside, 1 hour Weight training inside)
- Instructor ratio is 1:20
- All paid participants receive a Speed Camp USA t-shirt
